Abstract of thesis

Actuality
The Continuous casting of steel round purveyances was got by the most wide distribution in the last two decades in connection with the improvement of technological process – continuous casting of purveyances, it is an initial product for the production of seamless pipes, wheels, rings of the different setting. Because of it there is a necessity of research of factors, having influence on quality of purveyances, study of methods of removal of defects.

By researches, which were conducted in the USA, Japan, it was set that the use of continuous round purveyance processes advantages in comparison of square:

  • 1.a round form is instrumental in dispersal of arising up in an axial area central porosity and liquation.

  • 2.more high quality has a surface (longitudinal and angular cracks absent).

  • 3.the enhanceable density of structure in the axial area of purveyances provides the decline of amount of microflaws, appearing usually on the internal surface of pipe from the presence of central porosity.

    It should be noted that the teem of round purveyances is accompanied formation of defects which on this stage of development of metallurgical production are not removed. Because of it, master's degree work is devoted research-and-development mathematical model, which will take into account influence of the dynamic external affecting forming of continuous purveyances. The non-stationary temperature field is examined. In general case the change of temperature of body takes place not only because of admission of warmth from outsourcings but also as a result of process of deformation.

    At deformation of body from mechanical and thermal influences, flowings with high speed, there is an effect of tie-up, which pour obuslavlivaet cooperation deformations and temperatures. In the CPLD task of thermoelasticity equalization of heat conductivity is complemented a member, depending on the field of deformations. As a result of transformations equalizations were got for temperature-resilient tensions which were afterwards taken into account in a model. Influence of cone is in-process probed also on thermal tension, lengths of crystallizator; influence of ferrostatiñ pressure on the wall of crystallizator, on the coefficient of heat emission; determination of gradient of temperatures.
